My teeny tiny Inglot haul

Matte 335 | AMC 65 | AMC 55

A few weeks ago I decided to pop into inglot whilst I was on a little shopping excursion, I already own a palette from them and as I love the pigmentation of their eyeshadows, I decided that I will be extending my collection. I only picked up 3 as I didn't want to go wild. I noticed that there weren't as many matte shades available as I thought there would be, I know since purchasing my palette they've put out a slew of new shades. I'm guessing that I'll have to go online to get them.

I got pretty neutral shades, but I know I'll get use out of them, and I also picked up a black with blue glitter  just because it was purdy. These eyeshadow only set me back £4.50 each, which I think is a steal for the quality and the amount of product that you get.

Mode Du Jour: Subtly Smokey Sable

I've wanted to do a video on my go to eyeshadow look for a long time, I don't hear people talk about sable much which is a shame as it's one of my favourites. I love it because it's one of those eyeshadows that works with everything, it's a really interesting colour too, it can lean purple or more brown depending on the eyeshadow you pair it with. So needless to say, it's a well loved item in my collection.

Bioderma review

I finally gave into curiosity and gave Bioderma a go, it's that product that you don't what to try out because it's so hyped, but yet you still kind of do because everyone won't stop going on about it. As you can see my bottle if half way gone, so I've using the heck out of this stuff.

Bioderma is supposed to be a makeup remover for both the eyes and the face, but to be honest I only use it to remove my face makeup. I usually use an eye makeup remover to take off my eye makeup, and I'd use something else for my face. I know everyone goes on about this being fantastic as an all round remover, but I just don't think it's up to the task when it comes to my eye makeup. It just doesn't remove everything like I'd like it to. I place the Bioderma soaked cotton pad on my eye for around 10 seconds, and then swipe it off. It takes off mascara like a dream and most if not all of my eye makeup in a couple of swipes. "So what's your problem?" you may ask, well it transfers. After I've thought I've removed everything, I'll look in the mirror and see that my liquid liner or mascara had transferred to my lower lash line, I very rarely line there so I  find it really annoying that it does this. It means extra tugging, which I'm not cool with, my usual eye makeup remover never does this to me.

Another issue I have with this is that, after I have taken off my face makeup with it, it often feels quite dry. However as I always follow it up with a creamy cleanser, I double cleanse, it's not something I take too much of an issue with.
On the plus side, it's an excellent face makeup remover, it takes off every last drop on my face. Whenever I wear a full face I'm pretty OCD about taking it all off, and this does the trick. On the whole I have to say I do love it, despite the issue that I have, for me all of them can be overcome which is great. Will I repurchase? Yes I would, but when this finishes I'll probably look for a more accessible alternative as I had to get this on eBay

Have you tried it?

NYX long lip pencil haul

Auburn, Chestnut, Cocoa, Cabaret and Prune

I've been eyeing up NYX for a such a long time, I've heard so much praise for their products from bloggers and youtubers, so I'm surprised with myself that it took so long for me to take the plunge and give the brand a go. I'm not a big lip liner person, it's a step that I've never been too bothered with, but there have been times when I'll pop on a lippy and think that It would look even better with a liner. Also when I'm putting together looks for a tutorial, I feel it would be great to have the variation, instead of using the same old thing all the time.

So far just from swatching I've found them to be super creamy and glide on with ease, one was so creamy in fact that the tip broke mid swatch :/. I'll have to use them more to get a better gauge of them, but so far I'm pleased. There were a few that were sold out when I made my order on ebay, so I'll definitely be picking up a few more.

I purchased mine from this seller on eBay, they were only £1.50 so you can't really go wrong.Do you own any NYX products?

Glamorous Neutrals

I'm trying to get back into the swing of filming tutorials, I seriously forgot how time consuming they were, but I'm glad to be getting back to them. This look was requested a really long time ago and I'm now only getting round to doing it, at least I did it right? :D I think you can now look forward to more tutorials.
